Meet Our Team
Mike Deveraux – President, CEO and Managing Partner
Mike and his family returned to New Mexico working briefly for Intel before he and his wife, Tsenre, started their first business, Lube 2 U, which became a successful mobile oil change service. The business grew and transitioned into three full service facilities, operating as Texaco Xpress Lube locations in the Albuquerque area.
Following their sale, wishing for further business in a new industry, Mike and Tsenre opened U.S. Imaging of New Mexico, a document imaging company, which they rebranded in 2006 as Document Imaging of the Southwest. Mike serves as President, CEO and Managing Partner leading the company as it continues to grow as a vital part of the document archiving and management industry.

Tsenre Deveraux – Chief Financial Officer and Director of Production
A member of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, Tsenre not only served her own community but also the state of New Mexico as Grand Worthy Advisor while in College, and still serves as a member of the State Executive Committee.
Tsenre graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in Business Education. During her collegiate years she earned numerous academic and service awards as a member of Chi Omega, the UNM Band and Collegiate Singers. She went to Travel School and spent 16 years as a Travel Agent and Sales Representative for a major Hawaii wholesaler.
She and her husband Mike spent ten years in Denver, Colorado, where their two daughters were born. Returning to New Mexico in 1994, they went on to start a mobile oil change business, Lube 2 U. As the business grew, it transitioned into three full service facilities, operating as Texaco Xpress Lube locations in the Albuquerque area. During this time, Tsenre served as the bookkeeper for these businesses as well as several independent clients.
Following the sale of these businesses in 2003, Tsenre and Mike opened U.S. Imaging of New Mexico as a document scanning service bureau which was later rebranded in 2006 as Document Imaging of the Southwest. In 2006, the Deveraux’s became certified resellers of Digitech Systems, Inc., to sell and support Electronic Content Management Systems and electronic capture software. Tsenre has been the basis of the structure for installation, support and maintenance of these systems and continues to work with customers on the customized design, implementation and training of Digitech’s cloud and server based ECM systems. Continuing to serve as CFO and Director of Production for DISW, Tsenre enjoys working with her team to provide the most professional service possible.
Tsenre enjoys spending time in the outdoors from the mountains to the seashore, loves animals, gardening and sports; but most of all having the opportunity to raise two beautiful and successful daughters with Mike.
